Working with Enterprise Cheshire & Warrington, we are delivering fully funded training in the construction industry to support individuals in unlocking their potential and progressing in their careers. As part of this initiative, we are offering a Level 5 Skills Bootcamp in Construction Site Management across the Cheshire and Warrington region. By equipping professionals with advanced skills through both upskilling and reskilling pathways, we aim to address the sector's critical skills shortage and redefine modern construction education.
This Skills Bootcamp has been designed for construction professionals who are currently working as either construction managers, site managers on SMSTS certification and Gold CSCS card supervisors looking to progress onto a level 5 NVQ qualification.
Our Skills Bootcamp offers a comprehensive 6-8* week, non-accredited learning experience designed to build a strong foundation in occupational workplace supervision. Through engaging content and practical exercises, you'll develop the key knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for effective leadership.
Following successful completion of the Skills Bootcamp, you will be eligible to register for the nationally recognised Pearson Level 5 Construction Site Management qualification, empowering you to advance your career.

Although our funded training is held in the Cheshire & Warrington region, if you live in surrounding area such as Manchester, Derbyshire and , you may still be eligible.
You will start your NVQ as close to midway through the funded training (dependent on the pace of the group).
Our start dates vary dependent on location and trade, once you have passed eligibility from our team, you will be informed on the next training start date.
In addition to being completely free, our training will show you how to confidently interpret academically written knowledge questions - helping you pass your NVQ as efficiently as possible, while also strengthening your analytical skills.
