This Health and Safety Awareness course is designed for learners considering, or already working within the construction and engineering industry.
This course provides practical advice when dealing with potential hazards when working on-site. With modules focusing on keeping yourself and colleagues safe, this course covers the responsibilities on what to do when someone’s health and safety is in danger

· Health and welfare
· General safety
· High risk activities
· Environment
Duration = 1 day (all learners are required to complete the full 7.5 hours for certification).
Examination = the examination will consist of 25 multiple choice questions, with 20 questions being worth one mark each and 5 questions worth 2 marks each. Learners are required to get a mark of at least 25/30 (83%)to pass the examination.
The certification for this course is valid for 5 years. Upon expiry, you will need to retake the course.
