Working with Greater South East Net Zero Hub, we are providing funded training within construction to inspire people to unlock their potential and take the next step in their career. A significant increase in skilled workers is required to retrofit homes across the UK and meet net zero by 2050.
To aid in this effort, we are specialising in a range of green skills retrofit training within the South East region including Level 3 domestic retrofit assessment (including a DEA course), Level 3 award in introduction to domestic retrofit and Level 2 in understanding domestic retrofit.
By upskilling and reskilling professionals, we hope to combat the skills gap within the industry and further redefine what it means to learn in construction.
The Level 2 Award in Understanding Domestic Retrofit introduces learners to the key principles behind upgrading homes for better energy performance. This entry-level qualification is designed for anyone interested in the fundamentals of retrofit and its role in creating more sustainable, energy-efficient housing.
This course is an excellent starting point for those considering a career in construction, energy efficiency, or sustainability. It also provides a pathway to further qualifications, including the Level 3 Award in Introduction to Domestic Retrofit and beyond. To support learners with work and personal commitments, this course is delivered during evenings and weekends.
The Level 3 Award in Introduction to Domestic Retrofit Funded Training has been developed to provide learners with a solid foundation in the retrofit process and the principles of energy efficiency in existing homes.
